Thomas always brings his bright smile and positive energy to each room he enters and every person he meets. As a young boy, his strong work ethic was developed by working on farms in a rural dairy town in Quebec. After his parent’s separation, he traveled across Europe and America at a young age to visit his mother. His parents, along with his wife are his biggest inspirations, and he continuously strives to make them proud.
Thomas holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and a graduate degree in Automated Production Engineering. He started his professional career as a Mechanical Engineer, working on food processing and pulp and paper projects in Montreal and Toronto. He quickly was promoted to managerial positions and ascended the corporate ladder to ultimately become the youngest General Manager at the age of 29.
He recently completed the Executive MBA program at University of Washington’s Foster School of Business, graduating with honors after winning the UW Business Plan competition in 2016. In the midst of furthering his education, he joined ReedHein as our Chief Operating Officer, with the goal of supporting the company’s mission of becoming the consumer protection brand consumers know they can trust.
Thomas’ passion for building successful teams along with fostering creativity and implementing lasting strategies are what make him so engaged on a professional level. He encourages the company to work towards efficiency and instills ethical characteristics from the team.
Aside from work, Thomas enjoys staying active and renovating his 1920’s home. Thomas’ wife and highschool sweetheart, Lia, is from Seattle and works in the field of Montessori education. He and his wife enjoy gardening and try to travel wherever and whenever adventure awaits with their two sons.
