Scott is an Eagle Scout, lifetime UW Huskies fan, and most importantly, husband to a compassionate wife and dad to three kind-hearted girls. His family is the biggest motivation and inspiration in his life. With his family’s support and encouragement, Scott was driven to complete both bachelor’s and master’s degree at the University of Washington.
Scott is extremely data-driven and is very passionate about improving the customer experience of ReedHein’s customers. Scott first joined ReedHein as the Director of Marketing but recently transitioned into a new role as Director of Customer Experience where he drives collaboration and evolution of our services across all departments with the sole focus to benefit our customers. He is continuously overjoyed to see his colleagues’ sincerity and genuine concern for helping customers throughout the office.
When he isn’t working, Scott enjoys spending time with his family and watching superhero movies. His perfect day would involve taking a long road trip with his family, with old-school hip-hop blasting from the speakers.
