Pete could be best described as honest and hard-working, but one cannot miss the humor and sarcasm he uses to bring a smile to his coworker’s faces. Growing up, Pete was taught that you are the average of the people you surround yourself with. Because of this, he aims to make those around him as happy and successful as possible.
Being from Boston originally, Pete studied Marketing and Management at Saint Leo University in Florida. He has over 8 years of call center experience, where he began as an intern and worked hard to move up the ranks and advance his career. He was excited for the opportunity to move 2,500 miles from Tampa for a new opportunity with ReedHein & Associates.
As the company’s Scheduling Manager, Pete’s primary focus is increasing the efficiency of the scheduling department while ensuring each client gets the customer experience they deserve (and beyond what they expect). His motivations are seeing his employees advance in their careers, learning new things, and the ability to create something unique.
Some of Pete’s favorite things include his dog Chance and all of Boston’s sports teams. Members of Pete’s team describe him as determined, team-oriented, supportive, thoughtful, and analytical. They also know him as being unbeatable at bean-bag toss. In fact, Pete credits sports and team competition as an influential aspect of his success.
